How long does game shape take to train?

Although there is s really no point training game shape because its only a temporary help. Try to get players at least between 48 and 70 minutes per week and ideally round 60-65 minutes per week and your players should have good game shape.

Yeah 2 game weeks is a tough one. I usually just get my top players good minutes and hope GS doesn't drop too much on my lesser players who would play fewer minutes

Since I have 10 players, what I'm planning to do is have five starters and have 5 back-up for today's match, then swap them in the scrimmage. That will give about 48 or so and shouldn't be a problem I think.

why not play starters 48min today and backups 48min scrimmage?thats what im probably gona do...

That works too but my players' stamina is not very good, so letting them play for 48 minutes will be tough and I doubt my team will score many points in the 4th quarter of the match.

Yeah thats an option but playing 5 always carries the risk that someone will foul out or get injured which cause u to play out the game with a lucky fan. Worthwhile option if your a lot stronger or a lot weaker then your opponent.
