Anyone interested in doing the Slam Dunk Contest this season?

Massimo Natali is the Magic's representative. He wants to show that even at 31, he's still got hops.

Welcome to the Season 13 All-Star Slam Dunk Contest brought to you by Sprite!

In this season's contest, each participant will put up their best, most creative, most powerful dunks, incorporating a teammate in at least one of their attempts. The judges will score each, but only the top three dunks will be counted to a player's overall score.

First up, Cleveland Crazys Herschel Barry....Barry's exhibition demontrated a multitude of skills, finishing a two-handed 360, a bounce pass 2-handed windmill, a drop between the legs reverse jam. Working with his teammates, he jumped over him for a one-handed throwdown, and finished off his set with a one-handed windmill, and a sick windmill after jumping over the ball rack.

Next up: The Illusions' Gerardo Pareja

Pareja attempts a variety of gymnastics-inspired jams, grabbing the ball from the ground in a cartwheel, as well as several variations of windmill jams, and he finishes with a behind both legs before throwing it down.

TOTAL SCORE: 132 to take the lead on the scoreboard

Now dunking...Massimo Natali from the Marietta Magic

Natali had his teammate Adrian Torreblanca serve an alley oop pass over the top of the backboard, which he handled with ease. Several self passes and even one off the Sprite bottle, and Natali grabbed each and threw them down with authority.

TOTAL Score: 142 to take the first round lead

Our final contestant: Alan Weber from champaign

Weber executes a between-the-legs jam, a powerful 360 throwdown, a tremendous reverse jam, grabs the ball off his Statue of Liberty teammate and throws it down, and finished by jumping over his teammate and jamming home a windmill. Amazing!

TOTAL SCORE: 132- tied for 2nd

With a tie for second, Alan Weber and Gerardo Pareja will have a one-dunk dunk off to see who will meet Natali in the finals.

First up: Alan Weber

Here comes Weber, using his teammate, whose seated in a chair in front of the hoop. Weber elevates just as his seated teammate tosses the ball in the air. Weber exeutes a perfect windmill jam!

And the judges give it a 48! Setting the bar very high for Pareja.

Here comes Gerardo Pareja...

He gets his teammate to throw a nice pass off the back of the backboard, and Pareja grabs the rebound behind the board, and somehow extends under the backboard and throws it down. Amazing!

And the judges score: a 50! They gave him a perfect score! Pareja is into the Finals!

Now for the finals:



Massimo Natali does a variety of dunks, including a bounce pass. onehanded reverse, he uses his teammates a lot to grab a variety of alley oop passes, including one where his team mate passed it off the back of the backboard and he grabbed it for the one-handed throwdown.

Now Gerardo Pareja gets his shot at glory.

Pareja saved his best for last...nearly every dunk has a twist, either 360 or 180, once even putting the ball thru his legs for the jam while spinning 360 in the air. Using his teammate, Pareja grabbed a rebound off the backboard and threw down a sick tomahawk and later, a killer reverse slam.
