I'm going to assume this is for a friends signup.
Please just be patient, there may be an issue with the details of the signup or it may just be a busy period for the GMs as the message at the bottom of the email suggests.
We do our best to process all signups as soon as we can but if you think that there is an actual fault with the signup process, you can email appeals@buzzerbeater.com or try the Bugs forum but i would simply suggest being patient just a little longer if you can :)
