Are you sure OD is important,I'd guess the skills considered are just JS and JR

I had a big man with JS7 JR5 OD 2 and he trained much faster than another one with JS12 JR5 OD10 and almost as fast as smalls that had more JR than JS,I trained JS for wingman

I'd like to see some other people experiences with JS training

I think this is not height problem, but the "elastic" one. Jump Shot and Jump Range complement each other, which mean, that JS trains also JR and viceversa.

So your Big C doesn't train slower in Jump Shot because of his height, but because his Jump Range is so much lower than his JS. At the same time, your guard's Jump Shot is lower than Jump Range, so of course his JS will train faster.

Try Outside shooting training which is indeed affected by height: I bet your Big C will train faster in Jump Range than your Guard D even if Jump Range is for small men only.

They're not the same age,and I'm not that sure if the one with JS 12 JR5 was clearly under the cap,but I think he was, cause the speed of other trainings was "normal"

he had 90+ skill points with 8 potencial,as you see my sample is really small and looking at it now its possible that OD has some effect, but still I'm skeptical about it

hope other people share they're observations too,and regarding the JR training for big man,its indeed painfully slow

is the cap from potential a salary cap like 6k or is it related to skills?
