Why on earth does this player scoring more points and made the all star game(scoring 33), and why does he drain almost ever three he takes lately?:

Well one of the problems could be what position they are playing at, the 2nd player could be making great oppurtunities for the first player. Also, the game engine already has the biggest miss match on the court do most of the shooting. What that means is maybe the 1st player's defender has awful OD and the 2nd player's defender has prolific OD so in theory the 1st player would make the most shots therefore more points. I hope this helps.

Match ups, positions played. Switch them up a bit, or do a scrimmage with a VERY bad defensive team then play them to see. There are so many factors that could be at play.

Average gameshape it's not very good.
