I have always had a level 4 trainer. That seems to be the most cost-effective choice. I always wonder, however, just how much more I could expect from a level 5 (or 6 or 7) trainer. Is the difference easily noticeable? Would a level 5 trainer be, say, 15% more effective in training my players? Less?

I have been thinking that if I get a good draft pick this year, I might upgrade to a level 5 trainer. It would be worth it because that young USA player would eventually fill my stadium and provide me with nice merchandise revs.

What do you think?

no it isn't easily noticeable, and i never saw some numbers in this direction who seems to be the result of big test(depending that even the training speed is hard to figure out, with all those influecing factors i don#t think that it would come fast).

But i level 5 isn't a bad choiche, at least it isn't a failure who throw you behind when you have solid trainees.

PS: My personal approach is a level 4 trainer with fitness speciality, who are cheap in comparision to the level 5 guys and through the lower stamina skilldowns you also get some "extra" training time - i don't know if this works out for normal teams(i don't have real trainees anymore) too but i am feeling good with this solution.

includes all players, but i believe you first get skilldowns with 33(?) so you could say that it works only for the old guys.

I've seen 32 year old players experience skill drops.
