I find this:

"Passing
PG:
Trains PS @ 1-2 weeks
Trains HN @ ?
Trains DV @ ?

PG/SG:
Trains PS @ 2-3 weeks
Trains HN @ 7-8 weeks
Trains DV @ 7-8 weeks

Team:
Trains PS @ ?
Trains HN @ ?
Trains DV @ ?"

I would be curious in what experienced managers think that the time would be for the Team Training, how long for example for a young C or PF to raise a skill in PS...?

This is a guess, but I would think that a young Center or Power Forward would take about 7 to 8 weeks to get a pop up if you train Passing for the whole team.
In other words, I would not recommend it.

Might be a tiny bit faster, but it is still way too slow to be useful in my opinion.

Then the option would be sacrificing a few weeks' results and play the Big men as guards..:///

You could simply train them in scrimmages.
Or you can put them as a PG on offence, but play them as a Center on defence. That way they won't cost you games as much because they still play all defence as a center, and if they have decent jump shot and secondaries they will do okay at PG.
If you are worried about it, just train Passing in weeks where you have really tough matches that you can't win, or really easy matches.

Thank you for this thought, I think this is a great idea and it could work quite well in certain situations!:)
