Let's say @ Saturday you have 5 enth. You CT to 2.5. If you TIE on Tuesday's game, you will probably have 3.5-4 enth. CT cuts your enth in half, while TIE'ng will only add 1/3. So you actually have to TIE twice to compensate for that 1 CT assuming you started at 5.

CT decreases enthusiasm by 50%. TIE increases enthusiasm by 33%. So if you start on 5 enthusiasm, you won't be back to 5 enthusiasm after the 2 games.

Here is my best estimate filled with hardly any experience to back it up, but some logic. Each day values:
.15 from 4-5-6 ; .2 for 6-7 + 4-3 ; .25 7-8 + 3-2 ; .3 8-9 + 2-1 ; .35 9-10 +0-1 ; .40 10-11 ; .45 11-12
Its quite possible the ranges are higher as you get closer to 12, this is just estimates.
From experience, if you go to 6.65 from 5 you fall to 7 in one day which indicates 6.65 is greater than .15 drop. I am guessing you will be at enthusiasm 4.75 when you play CT then TIE.
If you don't go tie after CT:
2.5+.25+.25+.2+.2+.2+.2+.2 = 4.0
If you go TIE after CT:
2.5+.25+.25+.2 (4.26)+.15+.15+.15+.15 = 4.86 That would be my best guess.
