Maybe a silly question, but are games on neutral courts affected by the speciality of an PR? I could imagine that national Appeal would help, but i am not sure about it ;) Did oen of the BB ever mentioned something in this direction?

i know the effect isn't big, but every basket counts.

Doesn't that relate to "normal" games?

CrazyEye is asking about neutral court.

We have both said a lot of things that you are going to regret.

I've heard it increases 5-10 more points in game from the PR manager. No idea how people predict this, but I've heard it a dozen times.

personally i rate it a bit lower, but Duderino said for me it is more important if i could get a PR Bonus while playing on neutral court.
maybe someone remembers a clear yes or no about it, else i would go for a national Appeal PR and hope that he will work a bit for his money.

I don't think the pr-manager will make any difference. Reason being that a national appeal PR manager lowers the home court advantage of your opponent. However, on a neutral court, your opponent doesn't have a home court advantage so there is nothing to lower.
Hence the PR manager will have no effect.
