Maybe new teams could get two players, which will have quality like somehow-best players of the playoff in that division tree. That would create any base which would be easier to catch up for new teams. Isnt easy to compete with a team that is some generations ahead and game can get boring really easy.

Well I like it the way it is because those teams that are "generations ahead of you" were once new teams too. So that means that these old teams were once playing older teams as well. And they worked hard in figuring out the game so it would be unfair if the new teams got 2 amazing players. Then that older team's time has gone to complete waste.

Im not sure. The new team still have to build up an arena, hire staff and get the players. Maybe in that case could be enough to vanish 50k bonus every week for these teams.

In my opinion is only problem for such teams to get some good players and can take a really long time before can get any (2 seasons of the training? That means half of the year).

So basically would be more fun to get a chance to win at least some of the games, because tactically two players will not cover all needs in any way.

Im not talking about what is fair. Sure, would not be fair for older teams that they had to earn it slightly complicated, but on the other hand I can understand lacking of the patience, while anybody get a team with the point that for the next two decades will have no excitement of winning. While in the end it is up to them, indeed.

At the start of the game it's obvious that you have spend time to learn,to make the first moves(and the first mistakes),start to build something trying to win some game, and then try to compete to be promoted

The level of the VI,V and weak Iv division is still affordable for new born team to be able to compete in few seasons

There are much more trouble when you are in a III division and you try to be promote in II division or you want to avoid the relegation
