I would do the following in my opinion:
1. Do 6 weeks of OD (Pressure) training.
2. Do 8 weeks of passing training.
3. Do 6 weeks of one on one training.
4. Rotate between Jump Shot training and Jump Range (Outside Shooting) training for 8 weeks.

If the goal is U21 then he's going to want to get as much single pos training as possible. Id change that to:

3 - 1 pos handling (youll get more driving then 2 pos one on one anyways)
4 - 1 pos JR...he'll fall behind a bit in JS, but for the next couple seasons he'd only need 1-2 other trainees, and can add a couple more before working on 2-pos JS

Well i trained jr and it popped both jr a js im gonna single position train passing throughout the playoffs just to get that up to say average and then head to 2 wks jr 2wks od 2wks handling and then repeat next season

Jump Shot: strong ↑ Jump Range: strong ↑
Outside Def.: strong Handling: strong
Driving: inept Passing: inept
Inside Shot: atrocious Inside Def.: atrocious
Rebounding: average Shot Blocking: pitiful
Stamina: inept Free Throw: mediocre

Experience: pitiful

so hopefully he'll be promient/prolific in od and jr by the end of nxt season

I have a couple of questions about the Game Shape training:
How does it work? Is it certain that Game Shape will rise? And what about a overheating of players (too many minutes) - is this training "stronger" than drop of GS caused by too many minutes during the week (they have had optimal minutes for many weeks)?
Thank you.

I trained gameshape this week and this is the information I got:
http://www.buzzerbeater.com/community/forum/read.aspx?thr...

To sum it up if you don't want to read it all, I was quite impressed with the gameshape training. I had my players play over 80 minutes in some cases and gameshape either stayed the same or improved or only very slightly decreased in sublevel.
One player increased from inept gameshape to respectable gameshape by playing 48 minutes.
The players that played too many minutes (80+) still kept goodgameshape.
