Is there a way to buy retired youngsters if they aren't on the transferlist?

No.

NO ONE at this table ordered a rum & Coke
Charles: Penn has some good people
A CT? Really?
Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score
Any five are live

If they don't meet a specific salary threshold, then they will not be listed.

unless they belong to a national team. In that case there is no salary limit.

Skilled NT coaches add some potential NT players to the team for a few days just to free them on the transfer market (once the player's team has become a bot of course).
