I just need help with what to train this player in next.

What are you looking him to be? PG or SG? I would give him a pop in OD and then go for passing until strong

Then do what I said. Give him pressure in order to him pop in OD and then passing until strong.

at some point (hopefully sooner than later), I would suggest some free throw training. 20% from the charity stripe can make games hard to win. But otherwise, nice job! good-looking player you have there.

yeah i was considering free throw, but nobody else has ever suggested it lol.

that is because it is a bit of a waste of a week for a young player who could be otherwise be getting more valuable training, plus a waste of money if you are carrying a high-level trainer. I would ignore free-throw if it was at least inept, but at atrocious, it would be a little concerning. Train FT if you happen to meet a situation where you decide to fire your trainer and have a level 1 for 2-3 weeks.

I would train FT only on a 2 game week. A 2 game week means not all your trainees are gonna get full training but something like FT, stamina and even GS will train all players 48+ mins. FT trains at the same speed for every single player reguardless of age, but sooner would be better than later. Nice player so far
