I want to continue to train 2 of my current 21 year olds next season, when they are 22. What is the production rate of training percentage dropped at the age of 22 to 21?

I dont have an actual number, but while there is a decrease, it wouldnt be as big as the decrease from 18 to 19 or 19 to 20 etc. if you dont have better trainees, i wouldnt worry too much about the decrease, yet.
