So I'm in my 2nd season and planning on promoting to div 4 I was wondering if anyone can look at my team and see where I can improve. I think I have a pretty good handle on training (doing 2pos 4 players sometimes 5 sf/pf/c only 2 at a time) and I try to keep my arena pretty big compared to other div 5 teams I look at that actually check their team. I make about 52k a week right now, scout 20k...but I don't want to fail completely in div 4. any advice would be great! thanks

mmm I will talk to you about your squad judging on what I see (not the skills)

first of all I would try to find a good SG.... you have two that are both 33 years old , 34 next season and they are ready to start poping down (I don't know how fast they do , but they will start eventually)
so just sell one... and get a SG for starter...

second step for improvement I would buy a PG (maybe better than the german) and sell the two that have 2k wage...

and finally I would try to stabilize the trainees.... meaning that I would train each week the same (4-5-6 how many you think you can) in that way you will see better results coming from training...

so saying that you train Forwards and Centers... maybe think of either replacing the Croatian or you will miss training minutes for nothing

those said... I have to remind you that you knwo your team better than anyone and you are the one to take the final decisions...
