How is the World Rank calculated? is it based on Wins-Losses and Point Differential or skills of the players are taken into consideration?

I'll also add that the BBs (well, at least Charles & Edju) have admitted that the ranking system isn't perfect. Keep this in mind when you notice teams that should probably be ranked higher or lower than they actually are.
