are you sure?? because the previous seasons, the monday of next week, were usually available the draft's lists, and the money I spent that monday usually were for next season...
so..the right question is: have already passed 14 weeks of scouting investiment this season, or not???

I believe the transaction report always shows the last 14 weeks. Based on the points I have received so far, I have only received scouting points for the last 13 weeks, so we should still be getting points on this coming Monday's financial update.

We had 10 weeks' worth of scouting points when the system was released on August 23, so September 20 will be the 14th week. In past seasons, the draft list was released the Monday after the regular season/before the playoffs with the scouting points (or the equivalent at the time) included from that economic update, so it seems that this will remain consistent. For now.
