I think that there should be a possibility to sell your draft position. So you can choose between picking your player for the training or selling that right away and let the other team to pick.
However it makes in my opinion sense that you can sell that only to a team in your division. So you stilll have to rely on your scouting.
As there are a lot of differences between players, would be great to have an option to have a own great draft once upon a time.
I think that there have to be specified a time whet it could be done. Maybe somewhere during allstar game, so you cannot be 100percently sure that you bought well (that team can go up). But there is a space for that you dont have to be bored during missing game. Deadline could be 1 week and you could specify which draft position you wish to sell a month before (so it will occur there automaticly).
