i'm quite sure 2 games unless u dnt book a scrimmage then be 1.

There is your normal Thursday scrimmage that you organise yourself. Then there is another scrimmage that is automatically generated against another team in your league who is also out of the playoffs. So yes everyone can get at least 2 games a week.

As far as training, you'll want to do team training when you don't have as many games, since everybody will get max training. This is the best thing to do during the all-star break and offseason.

But for those who are involved in the play off, they will have 3 matches this week and next week, right? (unless they lose in the playoff).

Haven't been in PO for 2 seasons lol. You will get a match today (league match), on tuesday (first PO game) and a scrimmage. Thats 3 games a week. After scrimmage if you win PO game then saturday (2nd PO game). Not sure if you have a game on tuesday though.
