This is more of a technical suggestion , rather than a game improvement suggestion...
With BB growing and new teams created every day , and new players generated every day , and with the drafts pending I think that the Data Base is increasing at a great rate
so my thought is , all those players that getting retired and not transfer listed why don't you use them again on newly created teams (with same criteria used to create new players)? in that way you won't need to generate all the time new players and the DB would grow mostly only on every draft which is already enough ... I think would help also the maintenance of the DB and also would make all the DB enquiries faster...
