I has experience that expansion of arena during televised league will earned you revenue eventhough during expansion, but I never tried it during playoff and do not wan't the revenue to go to waste just for the knowledge, so does anyone tried expansion during playoff and did it earned you ticket revenue eventhough its under expansion?

Are you asking whether you will still get arena income even if you are building seats at the time of the game?
If so, then yes you still get income.

Yes income, just to confirm, does that means for income, is playoff similar to televised in which both of the game will provide income eventhough the arena is under sonctruction?

Every single game played, including rival games, tv games, playoff games etc, will provide arena income if you are the home team regardless of whether your arena has construction at the time or not. Obviously I'm not including cup games, scrimmage games, private league games and any other game that doesn't normally provide income.
