If you are doing team training then don't worry about setting scrimmages. Gameshape is going to be reset anyway, and at least this way you can't injure your players.
You will still have 1 scrimmage a week allocated automatically to you, so you can either play your players then, or buy some players for 1k to use in the scrimmage instead.

Why cant we just put 1 player in line-up for scrimmage so that it will be forfeit because I'm also team training. Also does an injured player still participate in training if its team training? And we get money in playoffs no?

You could put 1 player in the lineup and forfeit, but that isn't very nice to the team you are playing as it messes up their minutes. You can easily spend 3k and buy 3 scrubs from the transfer list, put them in the lineup and then fire them after the game.
Injured players will still receive training if you are training stamina, free throw or gameshape.
In the playoffs you still pay for scouting, you still pay for staff salaries, you still pay for player salaries, you still receive tv contract, you still receive merchandise. But for arena income, you get 66% of the arena income for the playoff match if you are the home team, and you get 33% of the arena income for the playoff match if you are the away team.

What if you're not in the PO so you don't recieve money from your arena, and then the total amount of money you pay for scouting, staff and players are MORE than total amount of money you recieve from TV contract and merchandise? Then wouldn't your weekly net income be negative??? which means you'll go in debt? (unless you have like 200k with you...)

Yes then you might go in to debt if you don't have enough money. But as long as you don't fall under 500k in debt then you are okay. Once the new season starts you will get out of debt again.
