On second thought, maybe I should start training post players instead. If I manage to train another PG I will have 4 top outfield players, and that means 1 will have to be on the bench.. That will mean I have too many outside players til I'm not sure who to play >.<

the sad part of the story comes when it happens that there are more than 3 players you would like to train at the same time. I trained 4 this season, but planning that Scalambrieri would have missed some to avoid cap, and expecting Lisanti to stop. The second didn't, so at the end my fourth, younger, missed some training session.

The key problem is that top players, and surely any U21 candidate, must be trained monorole (aka as single position), so you can have just 3 spots available. Probably Uruguay will not thank me... but my trainee was not bought to enter U21 (if they want him, they have a problem...) but for a longer term plan.

welcome to the noble art of balancing salaries... I am very scared of what my 24 yrs old top player will become at the end of this season...

anyway, at least till primary skills are not very high (and tall man DO have impact...), you can carefully balancing skills growth in better team's interest. if you want to discuss it and don't want to put skills here, just drop a bb mail to me. May be there is a solution, may be there is not, but if not next season, the after you'll be impacted. Very often just arguing about opens the mind. if you're intereted, I am here.

Do post here if you do intend on letting Gandhi go, we're all on the 'belilah barangan buatan Malaysia' campaign.
