Not really sure how to ask this but is the 48 minutes of training like a line?

If a player plays more than 48 minutes they'll get big training boost where as if they play under 48 minutes they all get the same training boost regardless of the amount of minutes they've played?

Will a player who plays 45 minutes and a player who plays 30 minutes in a week get the same amount of training boost?

---

Basically I have a top 2 team in my league and two of my main players have played 45 and 42 minutes respectively I'm debating whether I should play these guys in my upcoming scrimmage or sit them.

I'd like them to get a training boost though as I plan on training stamina (is it worth training stamina lol?) and feel like some of these guys are ready to pop.

---

Thanks in advance.

for team training (free throw, stamina, game shape) everyone gets the same training, regardless of time played.

Hah, I somehow overlooked that part about stamina and game shape, thanks for that.

In your experience though, is it worthwhile to train up a player's stamina?

stamina is a great asset for a player to have. it trains super easily, and (obviously) it allows your starters to play longer without having to be subbed in for. also, if all of your players are exhausted they'll just play bad. i'm going to be training stamina all offseason, my team needs it.

Thanks guys. I ended up taking your advice and did some stamina + FT training during the playoffs. Games weren't that close but the FT training definitely paid off and I ended up winning my league =)
