So i have a real problem i think...

I did not understand the whole balanced player need until recently, so i've been training PF and C and only focusng on inside defence and scoring and shot blocking and rebounds.

So now i have some players with wages 25k-50k (before the wages increase in a few weeks, even), who i was expecting to sell for top $$, who generally have no driving or passing and mebbe average to respectable jump shot... So not truely sellable...

Should i move to team defense on passing? One of my issues is that it's kinda hard to play my top players as PG or SG to train passing or jump shot etc... How slowly will these players train (generally superstar potential and 22 years old) especially as they don't have great stats in those areas (ie passing training is affected by handling etc).

thx.

Are there any statistics on how much more training each of the 3 players if you do position training for a week get versus if you do 6 players (PG/SG) per week?

If i do it via training PG/SG (i did it for a half season on jump shot), problem then is i can't actually play the top players in both league games (not looking to play them 100 minutes+ per week).

So that means to train balanced players i have to decide between training and trying to compete.

Btw, my record doesn't really indicate what i could do if i decided to try to win. I have 6 or so players 21-22 years old who are worth 1M-2M dollars (even being unbalanced), so if i wanted to try to compete and get younger trainees and only have 2-3 top players in training positions). Most of the season i didn't have a real small forward or shooting guard, and was playing players in off positions as you mention above.
