IS for this player, if not, then would sticking to pressure and passing be a good idea? Any other suggestions? Thanks in advance.

depends on what you plan him to become. As a SF, he'll need IS, and all his other skills are quite up to his needs there (they all need to improved further, though). As an SG, he can do without, but would profit from it, as is the case if you want him to become a PG.

I think his size makes him perfect for an SF, so I'd say go for his IS up to respectable, and then continue training OD to prominent, Passing to strong and Driving/Handling (via One on One) to proficient.
