if i were you i would leave him and get new trainees in the draft. if your going to train him train OD and JR till respectable then get rest of main skills up to respectable but that will take more than a season

if you really want to train him, OD to proficient, JS to proficient, then passing also around proficient, JR to respectable

i know you look at his mvp potential and salavate but 99% of the time it just isnt worth training someone with such a low set of starting skills - i would sell him and be well rid of him

however if you must train him and it looks like you have already given him a season of 1on1, then plan on at least a whole season of pressure

but both OD and ID suck, the passing is horrid, the stamina is a major issue and the JR will also take probably an entire season to fix, what a disaster
