Hi friends,
I am gursimran from alldragoons.I am playing bb since end of 11th season,this not a great experience for elections but I think I can manage U21 team in a great manner because from last 3-4 seasons experienced players choosen as coach of U21 team,but a chance to youngsters should also be given to show their potentials.I can manage team to heights which it didn't achieved earlier because I had database of all best players of india.please vote for me if you think I deserves it...........

Hello India

I want to offer myself for your U21 national team. There is few things that I really put in front for your u21 nationl team

- Good relationship between u21 coach and the national team coach
- Working firmly with managers makeing good players for India (try to find way for both teams to get stronger)
- Improve results(everyone wants higher rankings, best way for higher rankings is better results, basic;) )

Few things that i think your community would like

- List of the best 5 players in inside and outside of every generation


This is short and you can see what I have to offer in this short text. Anything what comes up in your mind, please ask in debeat thread and I will answear your thougts and questions there:)

what I want is for this young team a strong and effective workout that gets this country will get up we go through to the top 50 and the next target is then determined
