He's 6'2" with very nice starting guard skills; train him as a guard? :) If you're already locked into training big men this season though and can't switch, he'd probably sell for a decent amount.

Wow, what a great prospect! Not the most talented guy, but well-equipped for a young guard and not too tall.

I'd make him a shooting/defending SG, or PG. For a SG, get his Handling and Passing both up to strong, then train his OD, JR and JS up to sensational. Finish by giving him some Driving training to further increase his Handling and IS to give him a last offensive weapon, and he could play outstandingly. For a PG, train his Handling and Passing to sensational instead of the JS and JR, and train these two at last to prominent afterwards.

Thanks for the advice! I think I am going to train him as a SG, any particular order in how you think I should train those skills?

first Passing and Handling to strong, then OD to prolific. Handling should pop once during that period, too. Then continue with JR and JS until you like them, and finish then with one on one to finish his skillset.

He's going to be a PG: Get his JS, JR, OD and Driving all up to respectable, OD perhaps even to proficient. his could take most of the season. Next season, train the following rotation:

1 week 1on1
1 week Pressure
1 week Outside Shooting/Jump Shot
1 week Handling
1 week Pressure
1 week Passing

rinse and repeat (slightly altered if one skill gets ahead of the others, then don't train that one, but the weakest remaining skill)

I agree with you. However, I think he'll need quite some JS and Driving training, which will raise his IS too, so he could end up with IS around inept, ultimately.
