First, I would sell Markham, as he is the oldest and smallest one and will be of no use in your rotation. Then single-position train the other three in inside defense until they are all strong at least, then alternate with Inside Shot until the end of the season. After that, consider training Rebounds for some time (perhaps up to prominent, or higher if you need them to), and ultimately balance them by training Driving and Jump Shot.

Just have in your mind that C's are very expensive and you play on a low div. Also take to the account that big men with only the basics trained have very low value on the market...
