If you play a PG as a SF and set your training for wings, will he be affected? or you have to train him through his natural position?

Natural position is just a cosmetic thing. Its where he plays that counts when it comes to training.

You can play him wherever you like it does not matter.

Thanks! But about the amount of training? If you set training for PG/SGs, then play a SF 36 min at SG + 12 min at SF. Will that be enough for a max effect, or do you have to get him 48 min at SG alone?

You have to get him 48 minutes at the training position to get full affect.

So in your example he will only get 12 minutes worth of training.

Well in the example he would actually get 36 minutes worth of training but the point is made.
