I’ve posted the same discussion in the Italian forum and it had some replies
Everyone knows that economy is one of the main aspect of this game; for this reason this should be not related at all with the “fate” or the random, but there are some aspects of this game that are strictly related to the random:
1) Injuries = a player injured is a loss in the economy of the team and this loss is bigger if the injury is serious
2) Cup match = the random way is acceptable when there is to organize the matches, even if play against one of the top teams in the first round is an economic loss (99% you’ll be defeat) and this loss is bigger if you are a team of Vth division and you play at home. Excluding what written above, what is not fair is the random that decides if you play at home or away. Playing 4 matches away could means a loss of 150-170k and this difference is really high.
3) TV live = now on the market there are some 18 years old players that can be trained for one complete season. In some bids, I saw players bought by teams that had a live TV the day before. For the top teams on the top series a live TV means a lot of money and you can’t fill this gap. In one complete season a value of 18 years old players is not the same and at the beginning of the season everyone would like to have a TV live.
4) Day trading = I don’t want to speak about this point now but the DT is not solved and it could be again reduced.
5) Arena = the fans and the merchandising are related to the last result of the team. I think this is not good and I think that it could be better to link this aspect to the trend of results and not to a single game.
That’s all ;)
