Sorry to ruin your best draft ever but that first guy has got to go. Or if you want to keep him you will have to one postion train him as back-up. Put the second guy as starter. Play them both at SG.
Training Plan:
OD-2 weeks
JS-3 weeks
Passing-2 weeks
One on One-2 weeks
Handling-2 weeks
Repeat.

If you ask me, you do have an excellent draft result there. the Outside defense levels of those guys are equal to the best I've ever gotten from a draftee.

For a training rotation on these players, try this:

Make sure both of them play PG, and one-position train Pressure
One On One for Guards
Switch them to SG, and then one position train Outside Shooting

And then next season, keeping them in the same pattern, switch Outside Shooting to Jump Shot, and switch On on One to Passing.

But I love the draft result you got; those two above me that say to sell the top guy are dead wrong.

Pretty strong statement there.

Although I must say, your U21 players are really really below average for big men at their age.

Well to be honest I don't follow that philosophy. I usually focus on two or three skills per season. But everyone is different, last thing we need are a bunch of cookie cutter players.

As a result of my training I have a NT and U21 player.

NEVER FOCOUS ON ONE TRAINING.
ROTATE YOUR TRAINING EVERY WEEK EVEN IF YOU ARE 100% SURE YOU ARE GOING TO POP THAT SKILL UP BY CONTINUING THAT TRAINING THE NEXT WEEK.

i think that a bit to hard ;) I would say stay balanced so try to train the weakest skills(if you don't need a skill for succes, thats why i oftens tart with a bit of OD), or try to use this theorie and start with lot of one vs one and JS -> (158094.1)

i never would train the second guy to a guard , this will take way to long.

Always makes me roll my eyes when people use words like never, forever. Ah well : )

I like your draft pick... prob will take some work to get him where you want him to be... but still... who can complain about a free HOF player from their draft?

If there are... please send them to my stadium... I'll be more than happy to accommodate the player! D:

why? he can't become a good guard. but after you finish with the first one, second one could be something tremendous if you take the training path right.
