Great idea to do that, the numbers were indeed a bit cluttered.

Agreed!

Two things:

First, have you thought about using a coma instead of space, and getting rid of the space between the currency sign and the number

I think the space is more universal, as some Europeans use periods rather than commas.

Second, how about a separator in DMI as well?

I'll take the smiley to mean you're kidding, as we all know that DMI is pointless. =)

My understanding is that DMI is supposed to help you see that your players are getting training. But when a player pops in a skill and his Game Shape drops, watching his DMI go from 37000 to 13000 doesn't really help you see any proof of training.

It's the Deliberately Meaningless Index, and apparently there are more pressing issues for the developers to address before they either make DMI actually stand for something or remove it completely.

As for DMI, it is not pointless at all. It helps you track training, form changes that are less than a visible level, and injuries.

I disagree. Nothing is better at tracking training than little green arrows. If DMI can drop while skills increase, it can't possibly help you track training. Unless you know something I don't about injuries and DMI, I find it best to look at the injury notification on the player page to see whether or not a player is injured. I agree, however, that it may help track form changes within a level, particularly on players who don't receive training.

At the risk of going further off-topic, if DMI weren't pointless, why does it stand for "Deliberately Meaningless Index"?

US$ is used as the currency here, it makes sense to use the US separator. I think it is worth doing this for aesthetic purposes.

I believe it's the Canadian $ that is used since the game was invented by a Canadian
