I just bought this guy. What is a good training schedule?

I would make him a PG, as his Jump Range will never be good enough for a decent SG. Train two seasons rotating JR, OD and Passing, and finish with some Driving and further OD training if the cap allows him to.

Good player besides potential and JR. Train him for a season then sell him

Can be trained by 2 or 3 seasons so i would start with some OD training and passing. Best option is a PG cause of JR. Train some JR but you don't need to spend to much time on it, get it up 2 or 3 levels. Continue with OD and a little JS. Main focus would be OD this season. Would be good on TL with lots of OD and passing. Atrocious JR is killing him both in games and on the TL if you plan to sell him. Inept is a alright level to get it to before selling him if you want
