I remember there is a thread which is similar where its title 'When to stop training', but I don't know where it is now.

Anyway, on what age does a player training slow-down(assuming all my player is all time great potential lol just an example to ignore potential for my question), or better on what age is best to stop training the trainee and train a younger potential player?

I think you should stop a player when you're completely pleased with him or when his salary is too big to support. It depends on every team and I don't think that there is a "moment" to stop training because I see 26 years old training to be in the National Team for example.

I mean is there an age where the player improvement will slow-down dramatically like for example, age 26 require 3 weeks for a pop-up and by age 27, 5 weeks is required.

I'm not sure, but training takes longer each year.

Okay I get it now, it will gradually slow-down every season and won't be a dramatic slow-down.

Thanks for helping :)

Not really. Training just becomes progressively slower with every year a player ages. The only time you'll see a dramatic slow down is when a player reaches their soft cap. When that happens, it is no longer worth it to train that player since you're looking at at least ten weeks for a pop, even on a young player.

Thank you for the information :)
