Well, this year we've been a better shot blocking team, and in our first game we had 17 blocks and in our second game we had 10. So, so far we've averaged 10 blocks a game.

You don't want a high salary so you are training shot blocking?? Or do you mean you are training it for your guards...I'm confused.

i have decent shotblockers... my starting SG and SF and PF have respectable SB. My C has strong SB and my backups for them all have average SB. I dont train it much but it is an important skill for my team's defense. I see it being useful if your Guards or SF has at least respectable SB, it lets them block more shots against guards in my experience.

I was blocking the crap out of everyone last season, but it was in division IV so i don't know if it's worth mentioning.
My plan is to get a SF, PF, and C all with good inside defense COMBINED with good shot blocking.
