Well I love passing on a big men so after you get a couple JS pops, than go with some Passing and some 1on1. Basically after half the season training those 3 things you should get 2 JS pops, 1-2 Passing pops, and at least 1 driving pop, and that is very nice on a big man. Than you could either repeat that, or go back to big men training rotation.
