From what I know, a tall player will get more pops in RE, IS, ID, and SB. But from the game manual:-
players will improve more quickly not only with additional playing time, but also a more skilled player will improve more quickly. For example, a great inside defender and rebounder will find it easier to improve his shot blocking than a poor inside defender and poor rebounder would


Therefore, what if I have a tall player who is not a good inside defender and also not a good rebounder, and another player who is not as tall as the previous player but is a good inside defender and also a good rebounder, and from these two player, which one will have a better pops in RE, IS, ID, and SB.

It depends on height and skills and age though. I think they mean the elastic effect when they say that so i'll go with the elastic effect

What is elastic effect actually lol, from what I know about elastic effect, it is the effect of when there is a corresponding stats and is alot higher than the other corresponding stats, the lower one will have a faster boost and the higher one will slow down, thats all I know about elastic effect.

That's basically what it is. Say all skills are respectable and 1 is atrocious, that skill will train faster to catch up with the others

Oh that means what the game manual is trying to say is related to elasticity. Okay okay got it.
