About the gameshape, does gameshape taken into consideration for private league, allstar game, and national team game?

And will the player played in private league, allstar game, and national team game get experience increment?

You gave the answer yourself.
Experience is gained in National Team matches but not in PL or Allstar matches.

However, I'm quite sure that gameshape is taken into consideration when PL or allstar matches are played. Can anyone confirm this?

We have both said a lot of things that you are going to regret.
