should i 2 position train both of them? or 1 position train them and switch each pop? which would be more effective?

If training only 2 players then go 1 position. With a guy like the 2nd guy you should 1 position no matter what. Play them 48mins a game. Potential lets down player 2 for U21 team but a great player for any team

I suggest start with some OD training till thats proficent and then JR till thats strong. Get some passing in him and he should be at inept in no time at all. After that another pop in OD and if JS isn't at strong get it to strong. Thats if you want to train Guards.

To train an SF it will be hard but do able. Train OD till proficent then train ID. Go with JR and passing then IS. Dont train SB as it will pop as a secondary.
