Good morning, I am the new Coach of Malta U21. These days I am working hard to complete the database (DB). Now, I have almost finished. The list of scouts that will help me is this above:
- il Prof.;
- Zio Gabibbescio;
- jaffa.
I will follow the U21 players while the scouts will follow the other talents.
After analyzing the situation, I noticed a problem: a lot of managers have both short players (by making PG or SG) and tall players (by making PF or C). Instead, if you want to become strong (and if you want the U21 Malta becomes strong), you should decide what training (short or tall players); then, you should sell young players that don't train and buy more experienced players in the spots not trained. Players trained must be at an aged 21 years. For example, if you decide to train short youths, you should sell tall youths and buy tall players with more experience. On the other hand, i you decide to train tall youths, you should sell short youths and buy short players with more experience. Scouts will help you to maximize the training.
