Nordine Hassoun (16668594)
Point Guard
Owner: Springfield Cannibals

Weekly salary: $ 3 745

DMI: 16300
Age: 18
Height: 6'3" / 190 cm
Potential: starter
Game Shape: respectable

Jump Shot: awful Jump Range: respectable
Outside Def.: mediocre Handling: respectable ↑
Driving: inept Passing: respectable
Inside Shot: atrocious Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: respectable
Stamina: respectable Free Throw: mediocre

Experience: atrocious

he is #2 in my trainee rotation and just managed to get a pop in handling
i was wondering because my plans are to sell him off before playoffs, or early next season
if he will be more valuable because of him being so well rounded, the benefits are it keeps his salary low that ive noticed
but by the end of season im convinced i could have him respectable or better in everything accept inside shot

i know u cant ask player values, and thats not what im doing, im just curious as weather other gm's would cherish a player like this on the transfer list?

i wouldn't think so. By the time you get JS up and IS to a reasonable level OD will be to far behind.

But you can try out the elastic effect. If i had someone like that i'd train OD up 3 levels and then driving to average. After that pound JS and IS. Should train quick and you will have a good player. Potential isn't good on transfer market but is fine for a div 5 american team.

Yeah, I agree. Inside shot is a lost cause in my opinion. Just train guard skills

IS will training very fast because of elastic effect. Balanced players are way overpriced on the TL right now so if that gets up to say mediocre he will sell for more.

No.
If you spend 5 weeks on IS for around 4 pops, that's good but that's 5 weeks lost on good guard skills which put his sale price more.
Do guard skills now and inside later.

Can you smell what the Hobos are cooking... oh wait its just Roger. (18085274)

as we can see that opinions vay so much I think it's not much diffrence on when he is sold.

if he is sold now, he will go a price because the buyer himself can still decide what to make of him. With 1m90 he can go any way.
train outsides for a good guard
train JS and IS for a good SF
train insides + JS for a good F or just insides for C

If he gets sold later, the option will at least partly be made, and an other audience is attracted, but it's not sure he will go for more money even if he is better...

I'd say it's a gamble that can go either way. The bad part is you don't have a clear way to go to make the most money, the good part is that you probably can't make a big mistake...

They are not your friends; they dispise you. I am the only one you can count on. Trust me.

i don't expect it to be that fast, i have some small trainees who get IS training from time to time(and also should affected from the elastic effect), and they rarely pop.

Maybe you could train it a bit with training JS for Wings, or one vs one for forwards where i even had the feeling that it the height didn't affect it that much, even when i miss the big control group ;)

Nice player. I would focus on OD all of this season. Then focus on Outside Shooting and Jump shot all of next season.
Then focus on One on One and Passing all of the season after.
Goodluck.
