Does someone have a good feel for how BB ratings translate into turnovers?

In my experience, Handling has not been very well correlated with turnovers. Of course, passing is important too, but I have players with both skills who continue to turn the ball over.

In addition, I have players with low handling & passing who do not often turn the ball over. Experience does not seem to have much influence (of course my most experienced player is only Mediocre).

An excess of driving skill over handling certainly seems to cause more turnovers, but driving also creates more shot attempts. This may call in to question the importance of turnovers. Steve Nash is not afraid to turn the ball over (or so I've heard) - I guess that means you get a lot of TO's, but a lot of FG's too.

Other matters:
3-second violations: what's the culprit here? handling? experience? player personality?
offensive fouls: what's the culprit here? driving?

sometimes i have the feeling that their isn't only a "aggressiness gen", and their is also a gen for "risky passes".

I have a point guard who started with an 49:1 As/To ratio in his first season(against much stronger competition), and also in the coming season mostly make stats around 7:1 even when he was just 2-3 Season a top player in my league:

And i also got some players who made relativ lot To, with good skills. So maybe it is "genetic" or there are lot of other factors in it beside the skills(or maybe even a huge random number^^)

I think the reason for these TO is experienced. It states in the game manual that experienced players are more wise therefore making better decisions while less experienced don't make good decisions.

I think it also depends on tactics. Try playing low post with a C and PF with no handling. you'll see tonnes of turnovers.
