Now I know what your saying after seeing these guys, "oh they're too far behind" or "They don't have a chance". But hey, anything is possible and I strongly believe that if they continue to respond to training like this, then maybe, just maybe they can have a spot on thier country's NTs.

Btw I'm training them in ID until they get to 10, then Is and Rb the same. After which I'll train FT and JR (because they will play more phisycal, they'll need to be able to shoot.xD)

Feel free to express any opinion, I'm open to any ideas amd constructive critisicsm.

I'm not quite sure what the purpose of this thread is? If it's training advice you're after, surely you'd be better off asking the NT Manager what sort of a player they need on the NT or simply using the Help forums.

Was there something other than training advice you were getting at here?

Actually I was just posting a little something about what i was doing with my trainees. I already talked with the NT coaches and got advice from other coaches about training and all. There really is nothing significant about the post except for those reading to write an opinion on it or something. If it's in the wrong Forum I aplogize.

There's no problem with discussion about NT players or whatever but if it ends up being another "training" thread then i'll have to move it along. Let's see where it goes :)

I agree, neither one of those players have any chance of playing for the NT or U21. Not only are they behind but their secondairies are pathetic, or should I say atrocious.
