You can get away with a lvl 1 PR manager but it will hurt you slightly in terms of merchandising revenue.

I would highly recommend against a lvl 1 doctor. Having a lower lvl doctor increases your chances of injuries in games. There is no point having a great trainee only to have them injured due to you not having the doctors to prevent injury.

In general, I would not recommend Aussie D4 teams get lvl 5 trainers at the expense of other staff. You are much better off with a lvl 4 trainer and boosting the lvls of your doctor and PR manager

The difference between trainer 4 and 5 is not that big but you will have to decide whether an extra pop or 2 per season is going to be worth the extra salary/sign on bonus of a lvl 5 trainer. From the look of your team, you only have the 1 really good trainee. In my opinion its not worth it but that ultimately is your decision.

I would settle for at least a lvl 3 doctor for a D4 team. This will significantly reduce the probability of injury while remain within affordable limits for a D4 team.

Lewis Wilkinson is your best trainee. Hokianga Ruhinda could also be trained but oo take advantage of your lvl 5 trainer, you should buy another 18/19 year old off the transfer market and focus training on them.

Given that you have 3 games a week, you can maximise training by 1 pos training 3 guys. Each guy must play the full 48 minutes per game.

You always get 3 games per week baring the all star break and if you get knocked out of the playoffs.

When you get knocked out of the cup, you can schedule scrimmages for the 3rd game.
