If you have been promoted than demoted back down can you still get the cash for promoting again?
Also I see no other users in my league should I just spend the cash and get the best player in the draft?

No. You Dont get the promotion bonus again. But if you Promote back up, then you will get the bonus again. And if you are the only active manager in your league, then spend the maximum in scouting, and hopefully land the best pick.

Regarding promotion, yes, if you drop down to a lower level and then promote back up, you will still get the promotion bonus. It's not a one-time thing.

Regarding the draft, it's a crapshoot at best. You may have a poor selection to choose from. It's entirely random. And even if you do have a really great youngster you scouted, if you have a good season and a low pick, the pure randomness with which bot teams draft could snatch him right from under you. Rather than give you poor advice like saying you should spend as much as you can on scouting, I'll leave you with this: Spend what you can afford and are comfortable spending, but keep in mind that the probability of landing a great player through the draft is slim. Don't be surprised or disappointed if you don't get your top pick.

I Dissagree.l Last season, I was the last pick in my draft last season. I was also the only active manager last season. I spent 20k/week on scouting all season and landed 3 perrineal allstar 18 year olds with 4.5k salarie. I would spend at least 20000/week all season.

Just my opinion,

The draft is up to luck. It just depends who you scout. I have been lucky in the draft for a few sesaons, all it you have to do is scout the right player, or scout as much as you can afford and hope for the best.

I always put in 10k and so far in previous drafts have got a 6.5k SF, perinal allstar. A 4k PG, perinal allstar and a 4.5k SF superstar. Its all luck

I have great experiense of drafting good players even when finishing high up in the league. So i would strongly recomend to put 20k into the draft.

$20k is not the max, as the OP was originally recommended to do by another poster. And you said it yourself, you have a great experience in the draft, but that's not the case for everyone. I strongly believe the best advice is to commit what you can afford and what you are comfortable investing in scouting. Personally, I alternate between $10k and $20k depending on my income that week. That's what works for me and what I feel comfortable investing. There's no guarantee in scouting/drafting, so it's mostly a personal decision.
