Edited for transferlisting.

For reference, I am using a level 4 trainer to one-position train them. My quandary is if any of these players could become a viable franchise point guard. Their heights are probably more conducive to them becoming swingmen, but their skill sets give me hope for a talented point. If you do think any of them could become one, could you please give me some tips on how to best train him? Much appreciated.

I think the first two guys could become decent point guards, but since you are going to do one-position training i'd try to get an 18 year old with similar skills, so you have'll a chance to turn him into a really good one. common sense is to train at first OD and then train the other required skills (passing, handling, jump shot), but considering the elastic effect you can also do balanced training in my opinion. you have to think about your tactics too, since there are different requirements for each position based on your preferred tactics. if you want to dig deeper into that i'll highly recommend this: http://digitalfieldtheory.com/community/forum/read.aspx?t...
