His inside skills are already quite good. I would personally train his OD up to at least mediocre, and rather up to strong, now, and then continue with jump shot and/or one on one. You can have him play 48 minute in scrimmages, and start at PF or C once per week during that time. Ultimately, you'll get a well-rounded PF who could play SF when playing inside-focused tactics (either with OD strong, or switching on defense with a PF with better OD)
