Hi,
So there are 3 different positions possible for JS training, Guards, Wingmen and Forwards. My question is, if a player's height is short, will he get a quicker pop in training as guard compared to training as forwards??? and similarly, if a player's height is tall, will he get a quicker pop in training as forwards coompared to training as guards???

Thanks,

Most experienced players can correct me, but - NO!

They will train in even speed, cause whats only takes place is training type or skill, for example IS will train faster for taller no matter at what position. In your case, JS will train even fast, like 2 position training type.

Cheers.

No i dont believe so. Training depends on age and height, whatever training you do doesn't get affected by it by height. The training speed is different for each position. I don't think you improve faster no matter what height you are. In JR its the same, just because your doing forwards training doesn't mean taller players train faster. If that makes sense

it sounds weird but sometimes i had the feeling, that training driving for Forwards trains even small guys pretty fast in IS - but i don't have recorded training data to really proove it.

Yeah I guess the training speed in forwards, guards and wingmen doesn't change then. Though I'd think that JS is a skill that all the players need (bit less for center I'd think). What height is ideal in order to train JS fast???

Hmm I don't think anybody has conducted an experiment in order to find out if training speed for different positions (forwards, guards and wingmen) of the same skill depends on the height and the age of that player. It would be an interesting experiment to conduct I'd think.

I don't train JS often but to be honest i don't think height affects it. And yes its an excellent skill for all players

for guards is isn't included, but it seems to me that the handicap for size is smaller in 1on1 training then in IS training - maybe the height modifier is for the whole training type and not for the single skills or which my hudge is wrong(so maybe i hear some contras or agree here for that theory).

I think that if it's a skill that is needed (well wanted is the word i guess) for all the players, I'd think that the handicap for height is less. But I really don't know, I'm not an expert when it comes to training.
